FREE SHIPPING OPTION!

We have implemented a new shipping procedure....the free kind! Usually we set aside one free ship day per month.  We do this to reward you awesome people who order early!!

When choosing this option, select your ship date and know that you can expect to receive your order within 3 weeks from the chosen ship date.  This is not a guarantee delivery time nor is it trackable.  The items will be sent by standard post.

We do offer trackable shipments should you choose one of the shipping upgrades.

We'll cover the shipping cost if you select one of our pre-assigned ship dates.

We've done this for a couple of reasons:

1. you get to order items and vary their ship dates depending on when you might need them and

2. It allows us to better coordinate our production and shipping. 

SHIPPING ASAP

If you opt for the ship ASAP, please make sure to include the day you require the items and understand that there is no guarantee ship/arrival time without prior written confirmation from us.

That said, we'll jump through hoops to make sure you get what you need and when you need it!  In 23yrs of business, we can count on one hand the number of times a parcel hasn't arrived in time ( that is 5 times to be precise).

 For custom/special order designs, additional shipping fees/time may be required depending on where it is going, how much production time is required and our current volume at the time.

  Orders may be delayed by customs (hugely infrequent but possible) and completely outside of our control but we will try everything to get the situation resolved.

Duties, brokerage or fda fees may also be applied and payable by the receiver.
